A player may NOT make a character with an identical name or something close to a GM's name. Even if you don't impersonate a gm, it is seen as impersonation. If it is an accident you will be able to tell us a new name and we will change it for you free of charge. If your ip is caught with another gm name you will be warned and banned for a determined amount of time based on your cooperation. A gm does NOT need reason to ban a player. If the gm feels that a ban is necessary in the situation you are not entitled to a reason but you may request a reason on the forum. This is a rare occasion and the staff on KimybaWoW will try their best to supply proper reasoning on the spot. If you are banned DO NOT do the following:
1.) Spam forums
2.) Open tickets about your ban
3.) E-Mail GM's about your ban
If you are banned DO the following:
1.) Make a topic in the *Players Voice* category stating your character name
2.) Send a PM to an administrator. (PM Private Message on forums) (Only send ONE PM!)
3.) Wait for a response from the administrator or a staff member on your topic and it will state the reason, and length of your ban.
*If you think the ban is unjust and you have proof to help your side we are open to it. Paste it on your topic and we will review it. This does not mean argue the ban with the staff member or that will result in a forum ban.*
