The new enchant vendor's enchants don't work on any customs for some odd reason, or atleast in my case they do not. But I've been told that people can see the battlemaster glow on my weapon while I cannot. So whats going on? I do not see any procs as far as I can tell and battlemaster does not show up below my item stats, where they would normally appear when you apply an enchant.
