Does anyone have any ideas for events? Post it here. (If we use your idea in game, you will get a reward.)

We are looking for fun, fresh ideas for events that could entertain people for a huge amount of time, it can be GM sponsored (Meaning it only happens when a GM does a event) or it could be a 24/7 event (Meaning you can try at it whenever you want and still be able to get a prize when you complete it.)

Well I've done these on my servers quite a few times.

Take the Gurubashi arena and buff up some normal mobs(i usually do murlocs), make them really hard to kill, and have a group of people try to kill it. Whoever lands the killing blow, wins.

Also, I've done races in which people who have Epic mounts race from point A to Point B, whoever reaches the end wins a prize.

Um, from what I've asked Kimyba, he said he's going to teach me how to help code and script the server, Giving me GM and Database access. So I think it's a given that I'm getting GM.

But don't worry, I know how to moderate a server. I've ran 2-3 of them. Plus I've gone over your GM rules of what to do and what not to do. So you won't expect any griefing or abuse from me.

Here is a idea. You could have like a duck hunt. As players run around, GMs tag them with something that they cant get rid of and then mass dispel it at the end of the game.

well the racing thing is easy to do but like the spawning mobs thing what i did on my old server was gather a group (25 man raid) that have a name. Summon all 25 of them to this open plain with a boss. i summon random mobs lvl 65-70 creatures to come fight the players. it takes teamwork, skill and timing to pull it off and i would reward them each maybe a free name change or free class spell. this is better for when we have about 500 online players so in a month maybe for the race i summon them root them with gm spell, and i remove root at random time and thats go. get to the finish line doing what ever it takes. reward any item them want (not donor just regular item that isnt at vendor)

I see what ur saying the players run around and the GMs (TAG or .kill them) and the last player standing wins a prize
(But this could be a problem with GM Abuse "Favoritism", a GMs favorite player could be in the event.)
